  • How does Local Shipping work?

With local shipping the customer still pays a shipping fee (same as regular USPS shipping) but gets their items either the same day or the next day. The shipping fee covers mileage used to deliver items to customers. Simply select 'Local Shipping' as your shipping option and It's Natural will reach out to you regarding available drop off times. In order to receive your items the same day, your order must be placed before 12pm of that day. *This option is only available to customers in Douglasville, Lithia Springs, and Atlanta at this time. 

  • How does Free Pickup work?

Selecting free pickup for your order allows the customer to meet at It's Natural to receive their items. Simply select 'Free Pickup' as your shipping option, and It's Natural will send you an email with instructions for picking up your order. *Orders can be scheduled for pickup Sunday-Saturday from 2pm-6pm. The pickup location is located in Douglasville, GA. 

  • How long does USPS Priority Shipping take to ship my order?

USPS estimates about 2-3 business days for priority shipping, but this is just an estimate. Tracking numbers for orders are emailed as soon as orders are shipped off to give customers a better idea of when their order will arrive. Simply select 'USPS Priority Shipping' as your shipping option. 

  • Why does my Body Bar seem to disappear so quickly?

Body Bars tend to disappear quickly when left sitting in water. Handmade soap needs time to dry in between uses to make sure that the bar remains firm and lasts longer. Invest in a soap saver, which we now sell on our site, that does not hold excess water. 

  • My Infused Shea Butter was melted when I received it. What should I do next?

Due to heat and sometimes weather conditions, our Infused Shea Butter will melt. Do not panic! Simply place your shea butter in the freezer for a short period of time. Upon taking it out of the freezer place it in the refrigerator for a few more hours. When it is the consistency that you would like, you can take it out of the refrigerator and store it in a dry cool place. 

  • How will I know when a product that I'm looking for is back in stock?

To see when products will be restocked, you can either click on the specific product or go to our Events page. The calendar on the Events page will tell you what days each product will be restocked. If the product is not listed, it may be on backorder. 

  • How does the Loyalty Program work?

We have a unique loyalty program that allows customers to receive free gifts. It's quite simple, and you don't have to do anything extra. Simply place an order and rack up your stars. Five (5) stars will add up to one free gift. For every $5 you spend on an order (not including the shipping charge), you get one (1) star. All Loyalty cards are emailed to customers by the end of business on the same day that an order is placed. *Limit ONE free gift per month.
